Board of Executives of Long-Term Services and Supports

Nursing home administration and the Board of Executives of Long-Term Services and Supports are subject to Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code.

Section 119.032 of the Ohio Revised Code requires the Board of Executives of Long-Term Services and Supports (BELTSS) to review the rules of Chapter 4751 of the Ohio Administrative Code no later than the rules’ assigned review dates. The rules regulate BELTSS.
