The Licensure Process

After you have completed your exams it takes 1-2 weeks for the Board to receive notification of your scores.  If you have passed all your exams, you will be sent a letter notifying you of your scores and a fee transmittal form.  Complete the fee transmittal exactly in the manner you want your name to appear on your license and follow the instructions.  We suggest making a copy of your check and transmittal for your records.  After we receive confirmation of your payment from accounting, your license will be issued.

If you have failed one or both of your exams, you will be notified via letter.   Another application will be enclosed with your scores.  If you want to re-test, complete this application and send it to us by the deadline.

If you failed one or both exams three (3) times, you will be required to appear before the Board to discuss your reasons for retesting for the 4th time.  The Board may elect to permit you to retest.
